That’s probably NOT what our new favorite duo, Laverne and Shirley, are saying from the comfort of their pig-friendly enclosure at the Humane Rescue Alliance!

Note that while pig ownership is illegal in the District of Columbia, these cuddly gals are looking for a pig-friendly home elsewhere. You can contact HRA adoptions department to learn more.

Join Pigs & Pugs Project for an afternoon with rescued farm friends at Burleigh Manor Animal Sanctuary in Ellicott City, Maryland (a short one-hour drive from DC) on Saturday, June 8 from 10-2.
The day’s adventure begins at 10am with tea and treats followed by a private tour of the sanctuary. Around noon we’ll roll out our yoga mats on the grass to enjoy an all-level yoga class. To round out the experience, savor a tasty homemade vegan brunch complete with vegan cupcakes.
Wear layered comfy clothes for yoga plus closed-toe shoes for farm time. Bring your yoga mat and any preferred props, a water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, a sun hat, sunglasses, a camera, and a playful spirit.
Transportation is on your own.
